The sox have a number of players in charlotte ready to play in the bigs who will hopefully be up here if the sox continue to struggle this badly. brad eldred the best candidate for the dh role when and if we get rid of thome or first base putting paulie at dh or on the market for younger bats.Eldred has been hitting well since spring training and deserves a chance. Chris getz replaces ramirez at second base putting ramirez at shortstop and putting cabrera on the market getz has speed which we need dearly. Jerry speedster owens replaces dirty thirty the new uribe as we sox fans who as just been annoying at the plate expecting a walk every at bat. Iknow jerry owens is struggling in the minors but be realistic people he can't be any worser than swish at the plate and he can still bases and it

Kenny Williams & Ozzie Guilen trade em both posted on 06/03/2008
The mlb should adopt a new trade rule that allows owners to trade managers and general managers. I am getting really tired of hearing ozzie and kenny complain about the team if they have this big of a problem with the team why dont they do something about it hell dont they have control on what players and coaches stay and go. Both kenny and ozzie have been pushing their luck since the mid season of 2007 and greg walker should have not been invited back to the sox clubhouse after last years season fighting the royals to stay out of last place. We need a renovation with the coaches who are all washed up ex sox players and a new lineup with one or two of the following players leaving paulie, dye, thome. I know I'm being harsh but sooner or later they will have to split up the strike out trio.

Chicago has been dreaming for a year such as this, to see both the cubs and white sox in first place. We all know this won't last forever so enjoy it while it last for another week or so. As bad as the sox are playing leaving hundreds of men on base, making errors that should be a can of corn as hawk would say and 85% of the lineup is struggling at the plate casing pitches they shouldn't. We have one of the best starting rotations in the american league but you need offense to go along with the dominance the sox pitchers have shown us. Ozzie needs to get his face out of his butt and face the facts that thome,konerko,dye will not get back to their natural form unless we make some drastic changes. Thome and konekro are just looking awful striking out 2-3 times per game. Dye is showing some l
